Responding to Jajarkot Earthquake
Ipas Nepal throughout the December 2023 focused in responding to survivors of earthquake in Jajarkot. In response to the urgent needs of earthquake survivors, particularly pregnant and postpartum women of the affected communities, Ipas Nepal and it’s partner organization PASS-Nepal launched a comprehensive relief effort to provide essential support, emphasizing maternal health and hygiene.
Ipas Nepal together with provincial directorate and local government assessed the need and in first phase supported with providing 400 box of dignity kits and 150 box of hygiene kits to marginalized and vulnerable women and girls.
