Ramesh Thapa is a Health Education graduate with more than 24 years of working experience with the Government of Nepal and I/NGOs. His experience and expertise are particularly in health system strengthening, capacity strengthening of provincial and local governments on developing policy, program and budget is crucial. At Ipas Nepal, Ramesh is leading the GBV PR-II project in Achham and Bajura, where he coordinates, implements and advocates for survivor-centric policy, plans and budget. He also provides technical support to a partner organization, monitoring service sites and providing onsite coaching to GBV service providers.
