Pusp Raj Paneru is a graduate in Masters of Public Health (MPH) with 16 years of experience working in different project and program adolescent Health, nutrition, maternal and child health, HIV and AIDS, family planning, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), safe motherhood, gender equality and social Inclusion (GESI) and gender based violence (GBV). In Ipas Nepal Pusp provides technical support to the partners at the districts and ensure the quality of the activities, coordinates with local governments and district stakeholders for smooth operations of the project, advocates with the local governments for funding for the project activities in cocreation model and ensures that all the planned activities of GBV PR II are implemented in the districts as per the approved workplan and provide technical assistance to the local government (Judicial committee and other bodies) on GBV – PR related strategy, guidelines and protocols, and advocate to institutionalize them by including them in their periodic plan, annual budget, long-term plans, and investment. Pusp enjoys travelling and reading project related documents.
