Ipas Nepal invites qualified vendors/suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of a vehicle.
Submission Requirements:
• Signed and stamped quotation
• Vehicle brochure/Catalogue
• Company registration certificate
• VAT/PAN certificate
• Latest tax clearance certificate
• Authorized Distributor Certificate
The RFQ submission deadline is 24 May 2026.
The bid document should be submitted either through the Ipas Nepal procurement website or in a sealed envelope to the Ipas Nepal Office, Naxal, Kathmandu, within the specified submission deadline.
Notes:
• Mention the detailed specifications and manufacturer of the quoted item. A complete brochure/catalogue of the quoted vehicle must be attached to the bid document.
• Warranty and after‑sales support details
• Provide an Authorized Distributor Certificate along with the bid document.
• Clearly mention the maximum delivery period for the quoted vehicle.
• All prices must be quoted in NPR.
• Quotation validity period must be clearly mentioned.
• Payment terms shall be on a credit basis, with payment to be made within 15 days upon final delivery of the vehicle.
