Shipra Joshi is an experienced professional with an M.A. in Rural Development, a one-year postgraduate diploma in Psychology, and an academic background in Nursing. She is committed to advancing quality sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) services in Nepal. She currently serves as a Health System Coordinator at Ipas Nepal and has nine years of experience in safe abortion, family planning, and reproductive health services.

She supports health system strengthening through quality assurance, technical assistance, training, monitoring, supportive supervision, and coordination with federal, provincial, and local governments, as well as partner organizations. She contributes to the implementation and sustainability of SRHR services, including safe abortion service training and support for scaling up pre-service abortion training in medical colleges.
