She has worked extensively with government agencies, civil society organizations, and development partners to strengthen program implementation and promote sustainable health outcomes.

Kreepa brings strong experience in capacity strengthening and localization, supporting local organizations and community systems to enhance institutional effectiveness, program quality, and long-term sustainability. She has led and coordinated health programs through local NGOs and national networks, providing technical and strategic support, stakeholder engagement, and partnership management at provincial and district levels.

Her expertise includes program management, organizational development, monitoring and evaluation, community systems strengthening, and health systems coordination.
