Khusbu Poudel has a Master’s degree in Environment and Natural resource with more than eight years of working experience in program development and management in the field of climate resilience, disaster risk management and gender. She has good expertise in developing climate change adaptation and disaster management plans. She works with Ipas Nepal as Program Coordinator, leading the climate justice component integrating gender and SRHR.
