Throughout his career, Bam has successfully managed multidisciplinary teams and supported efficient organizational operations through strong systems, processes, and service delivery. He has extensive experience in office and financial administration, procurement management, workshop and event coordination, warehouse operations, and stakeholder engagement. His strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills have enabled him to manage complex operational functions while promoting accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Bam holds a Master’s degree in Sociology and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He is recognized for his professionalism, integrity, adaptability, and dedication to delivering results.
