Ipas Nepal provides technical support to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) to initiate and expand Safe Abortion Services (SAS) as well as expand contraception and protection of individuals’ rights to bodily autonomy and reproductive health decisions.

Parash Prasad Phuyal, holds with an MPhil degree in Population Studies, brings over two decades of specialized experience in the field of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). His professional journey encompasses leadership and management roles within both national and international organizations such as Redcross, JSI/USAID and Ipas. Parash demonstrates proficiency in program management, field operations and partnership management, organizational change management, collaborative learning, and community mobilization.
Currently serving as a Network Caretaker at Ipas Impact Network, Parash assumes a strategic position in cultivating network culture, strengthening network processes, and contributing network support and management functions. His collaborative efforts extend to working closely with key stakeholders, including the Network Leadership Group (NLG), Staff Community Council (SCC), and various Nodes across the Ipas Network, ensuring alignment and efficacy in organizational endeavors.
