Bishnu Devkota is a graduate of Master in Public Health(Health Promotion and Education) followed by M.A. (Rural Development) and a Master in Public Administration (MPA). He has over a decade of experience in program planning, project management, health governance, leadership, and health system strengthening with extensive advocacy on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). Based in the Health Directorate, Lumbini Province, Mr. Devkota provides technical assistance for enhanced accessibility of safe abortion services. His assignments in Ipas Nepal involve coordination with concerned health stakeholders, planning, implementation, advocacy, and technical assistance for reproductive justice and SRHR. He is passionate about research and study in his professional field, especially with the issues of public health and SRHR.
